TRIPLE DISTILLED IRISH WHISKEY - making this smooth enough to sip but complex enough to mix. A delicious blend of Irish grain and malt whiskey, initially aged for 3 years in oak casks and then finished in ex rye casks for depth of flavour.

aged in DEEP ALLIGATOR CHAR - A beautiful visual description of the char on the inside of these barrels. The wood is burned to a level likened to the skin of an alligator, and gives deep sweet, spicy, and smoky flavors to our whiskey.
